How can a school or group participate?
If you are school administrator, principal, head teacher, art teacher, class teacher you can use SmartStars to showcase and promote the art of your students.
SmartStars will arrange the showcasing to judges and will manage the administration of the contest, if any.
Some of our sponsors may also offer to give prizes for the contestants and we would communicate with you about this.
To get started, our Relationship Manager would be pleased to have a call with you. We request you to kindly submit this form and we will contact you soonest.
What are the charges
SmartStars is free of cost to participating students in schools. There is no registration fee and no charges.
The cost of the operations, judging, prizes and management are funded by sponsors.
If you are a student or a school teacher, you can be a part of SmartStars by submitting your original art for display and potential contests through SmartStars. You do not need to send your original art. Just take a good quality photo or scan and upload it while submitting your entry.
How do I know if my entry has been received by SmartStars?
You will receive an email soon after you have submitted your entry

Will we receive a participation certificate?
All eligible entries for the Art Participation and Recognition Programs will receive a personalised electronic participation certificate. This will be sent within 4 weeks after the end of the program.

Can I enter more than one artwork?
For each art participation program please submit only one artwork per entry. There will be ongoing programs for you to participate in future as well !
How do I submit the art work of my child?
After the artwork is completed, please take a good photograph. Remove all the extra items in the background. Then go to the art entry form and enter the information and upload the photograph
Can we send the images by WhatsApp?
Please do not submit the image by WhatsApp. The participation form needs to be completed with the consent of the parent or guardian. After the artwork is completed, please take a good photograph. What is the age limit to participate?
The current programs are for ages 8 to18 years
What will be the special recognition if the entry is selected by the judges?
We will mention the names of the entries shortlisted as well as the artwork on our website as well as give a special recognition certificate
Do I get any sort of confirmation once the picture is submitted online?
Yes you will get an online confirmation stating that the entry has been received. Later you will also receive and email confirmation

The photo is not uploading. What shall I do?
You can email your entry to manager@smartstars.com. Remember to give the phone number of a responsible adult. Do not give us your address . Do not give us any photo or phone number of the child. Only good quality photo of the artwork. Thanks !
