SmartStars is an initiative of Tiger Pug Commerce Pvt Ltd, India

 

Participation in contests on SmartStars is purely voluntary and there is no registration or participation fee.

 

The designs and art and photographs submitted to SmartStars belong to the artist who submitted the artwork or design. The participant agrees to let SmartStars use the designs or artwork or photographs submitted for commercial and non commercial uses free of Royalty or license fee 

 

We do not intend to hold any personal data of children . For the purpose of judging of artworks, we will require information that will be requested at the time of submission of entries. 

 

Judges for contest will be appointed by SmartStars and this is an exclusive right of SmartStars.

 

Judges decisions will be final and no dispute will be entertained.
